It’s simple. When I serve super food I feel like a super mom. That includes both superfoods and superlatively yummy foods. Sitting down to a meal that is delicious, healthy, and that my children actually eat is a always a triumph of superpower proportions. But each week I can never seem to recall what I’ve made before that might be a good idea to repeat. Hence, my food blog. Iwill try for pictures, but I’m sure that will be too much.
